We read two chapters out of The Story of Science, then drove to the Oliveras. On the drive we listened to “Amos Fortune: Free Man.” The kids swam, tried a Chinese fruit called lychee, and investigated a toad they found. Seth also had a youth activity at the church. Aaron, Elise, Catherine & I played Uno & Skipbo. Elise is getting better at recognizing her numbers from playing Uno.
