For Seth's health topic this month we learned about food groups and what food groups our bodies need the most food from.
This activity was a lot of fun--we used our plastic food and sorted it into the food groups, then discussed which groups we needed to eat lots of food from. The kids had a lot of fun and we had some good conversations about what is healthy food and what is not.
